I love my hotkeys and I know how to use the second row (shift key). How do I use the 3rd row of spells?

Hit the ctrl key + spells assigned number and that should hopefully get you the 3rd row.

I actually prefer to use 4th row for my second set as it is easier with my keyboard. 4th row is Alt+

Just as an FYI.
If you click the round number on your bar it makes a another bar that you can move wherever you want.
So use the arrows to choose the row, then click the row number circle, it makes a new bar, move bar to where you want.
It also tells what keys to press to use those bar slots in that new bar.
